Palmers Green creative workspace

Augarde & Partners worked with the London Borough of Enfield, the local community action team and Arbeit to deliver town centre workspace in Palmers Green, North London. Following completion of a commercial agreement and an extensive site search, Arbeit has been able to secure a freehold site which will become a long term cultural and community hub for the area, hosting small businesses and creative practitioners and acting as a focal point for events in and around the high street.
