Lots Road regeneration

Augarde & Partners created an ambitious social value strategy for Mount Anvil’s bid to partner with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on its significant Lots Road regeneration scheme. The strategy focused on engaging diverse communities locally and across the borough, by building on the strong cultural identity of the area. Tying together commercial property, workspace, community space and a garden, alongside a multi-generational programme and strong local partners, the strategy will provide vibrant offers for all RBKC communities.

Augarde & Partners have been retained to progress the social value strategy through to and after planning to ensure structures are in place to deliver on this ambition.
