Augarde & Partners provided initial strategy advice to St William on options to deliver commercial space, community space and affordable workspace in the 2,800 home Poplar Riverside mixed use scheme. Augarde & Partners devised an integrated offer, combining the value of both commercial a community space, centred on leveraging the burgeoning creative industries sector in the part of London. 

Augarde & Partners has been retained to support St William in taking non-residential aspects of the scheme to market.
