Commercial Strategy for London Dock
In partnership with FutureCity, Augarde & Partners were commissioned to devise a commercial strategy for St. George’s impressive London Dock development.
The project included a review of existing cultural assets and proposed placemaking commitments; area analysis; and a commercial space options appraisal.
The team then developed a vision, strategy and detailed business plan to position London Dock as the cultural centre of this emerging neighbourhood, working with and supporting existing local cultural facilities and organisations, and attracting a range of creative practitioners, experimentation and events to new cultural facilities and public spaces in the heart of the scheme.
Our work resulted in Bow Arts reopening 80 artist studios at the Rum Factory, initially created in 2015 with St. George.
