Clapham Park regeneration

Augarde & Partners devised an innovative Social Value Strategy for Countryside Properties for its successful bid to become Metropolitan Thames Valley’s partner in this sizeable estate regeneration project in Lambeth. Taking the estate’s rich history of community activism as a starting point, Augarde & Partners created a strategy which utilised commercial, community and open spaces to enfranchise local residents and deliver social value in perpetuity.
