Augarde & Partners has supported Mount Anvil and Riverside Group in progressing their regeneration scheme in Southwark, including a social value strategy, community needs assessment and a community funding strategy. This has led to ambitious partnerships with local community associations and delivery new community facilities. Augarde & Partners has been retained to secure an operator for community spaces and our work will result in targeted interventions that will continue to provide impact and support local communities long after the physical redevelopment of the scheme completes.
