Augarde & Partners supported Mount Anvil and Riverside Group in progressing their regeneration scheme in Southwark, including a social value strategy, community needs assessment, and a community funding strategy. This led to ambitious partnerships with local community associations and the delivery of new community facilities. Augarde & Partners was retained to secure an operator for community spaces, and our work resulted in targeted interventions that will continue to provide impact and support local communities long after the physical redevelopment of the scheme was completed.
