Barnesbury estate regeneration

Augarde & Partners brought together a range of local partners as part of their Social Value Strategy for Mount Anvil’s successful bid to become Newlon Housing Trust’s joint venture partner on the regeneration of the Banesbury Estate. The strategy, centred on the community and the rich surroundings of Barnard Park, Regent’s Canal and Caledonian Road, set the tone for project approach which saw planning secured at the end of 2022 with considerable community support.
