Augarde & Partners worked alongside Haworth Tompkins to deliver an options appraisal of potential cultural and community uses for a new scheme in North Kensington. The team undertook a detailed study of the local area to understand the community needs and opportunities for local economic growth. They appraised several options including nursey, creative workspace, co-working, leisure and food and drink options. Proposals were incorporated into the final planning application.
