South Kilburn Trust governance

Augarde & Partners were commissioned alongside regular collaborator PRD to deliver a review of South Kilburn Trust’s governance, important in light of its expanding asset holdings. Through close engagement with local stakeholders, strategic partners and people within the organisation, Augarde & Partners created a process that will provide the Trust with the structure, partnerships and identity to maximise the voice of the local community within a rapidly changing neighbourhood.
