Merton regeneration project

Augarde & Partners are leading a major commission with Clarion Housing Association to chart the story of the Merton Regeneration Project, including setting an ambitious future destination which will deliver fundamental improvements in residents’ life chances. The work, which is supported by PRD and Kanda, assesses the complex history and progress of this transformational multi-estate regeneration programme, informed by deep and wide-ranging engagement. It will set a future direction for the project and provide a delivery plan to ensure positive impact is experienced by local people across the community.
