Enfield Cultural Trust

Augarde & Partners delivered an options appraisal and business plan for a new trust model to hold cultural assets and venues in Enfield for the council. This involved a review of Enfield’s cultural asset portfolio and commercial property market, an analysis of the financial health of the cultural sector, collating lessons from independent cultural trusts across the UK, an appraisal of legal and governance models and a business plan linked to regeneration opportunities within the borough, including Meridian Water.
