Enfield Town Centre Action Plans & Estate Regeneration

Augarde & Partners and PRD developed economic growth strategies for LB Enfield’s five town centres: Angel, Edmonton Green, Enfield Town, Palmers Green, and Southgate.

The project involved extensive data analysis, including in-depth commercial performance in each town centre, as well as broad engagement with local businesses, residents, and visitors. This allowed us to assess each town centre’s strengths and opportunities.

Each town centre received a bespoke action and implementation plan covering short- to medium-term interventions to bolster resilience and competitiveness.
