Bow Industrial Park

Augarde & Partners worked with Tapestry Architects and the Hackney Wick and Fish Island Community Development Trust to support Fabrix to deliver a circular economy hub strategy as part of their planning application to redevelop the Bromley-by-Bow Industrial Park. We helped to develop a strategy for how a circular economy hub would be best delivered on the site to provide genuine local benefit and wider positive impact and worked in partnership with Fabrix to deliver the agreed steps required as part of the planning submission and to procure an operating partner for the space.
