Assessing non-residential use growth areas in Feltham

As part of the refresh of the Feltham Masterplan for the London Borough of Hounslow, Augarde & Partners was commissioned by Gort Scott to explore potential growth areas for non-residential uses.

The team undertook baseline research into the local context and assessed a wide range of non-residential uses and organisations. Taking into account the strengths and challenges of the existing and potential usage, we made a series of recommendations and suggested next steps.
