Trowbridge Gardens Social Value Impact Report

More evidence that workspace targeted at the local economy, creative practice and community uses works!

Published today, the London Borough of Hackney and Arbeit Studios Trowbridge Gardens Social Value Impact Report, researched and produced by Augarde & Partners in partnership with PRD, highlights that public sector assets used as multi-use workspace delivers social value, commercial returns and inward investment.

Instinctively we know this, but it's important to have the proof to help make the case that creative workspace with the right partners, mindset and approach is not a compromise, but in fact a solution that delivers commercial and social aims.

Testament to London Borough of Hackney for taking this bold step and to Arbeit Studios who have delivered an outstanding project.

We are proud to have worked on this important project. We will be taking this out to others to highlight the type of impact that can be delivered by taking a different approach to public assets.

Happy to talk to any interested parties about the research and this type of approach. We are supporting a number of public sector bodies review their assets and find an approach that works for them.

The report is available here.
