Church Street transformation project secured!

Augarde & Partners has helped developer Mount Anvil secure selection as Westminster City Council’s preferred partner to deliver the much anticipated transformation of Church Street in North West London.

Working with local engagement experts Root ‘n’ Branch A&P built an integrated social value plan, in a partnership-led approach that will deliver long-term enfranchisement and social impact.  Proposals were developed with the help from the great many community organisations based in Church Street, who will also be central to its future delivery.   

Alongside initiatives over the next five years to support employment and business growth, address health inequalities, tackle isolation and social exclusion and provide more activities for young people, we have helped Mount Anvil design a model to provide long term funding for community based projects in perpetuity and permanent activation of ground floor properties aligned to local needs.

As plans progress, A&P looks forward to helping Mount Anvil and local people implement this exciting social value strategy.
