Augarde & Partners Supports Vistry in 948-Home Pudding Mill Lane Development

A transformative new housing development is set to rise in East London, as Vistry Group, in a joint venture with the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), prepares to deliver 948 mixed-tenure homes at Pudding Mill Lane. Augarde & Partners is proud to have supported Vistry in its successful bid to bring forward this ambitious project, which will provide much-needed housing and economic regeneration in Stratford.

Located next to Pudding Mill Lane DLR station, the development will be delivered in four phases, with construction on the first phase expected to begin in summer 2026 and full completion scheduled for 2033. Importantly, 45% of the new homes will be designated as affordable housing, ensuring a significant contribution to addressing London’s housing needs.

Beyond residential space, the scheme includes 30,000 sq m of non-residential floor space, accommodating a vibrant mix of workspaces, retail outlets, community hubs, and leisure facilities. The successful bid also incorporates meaningful collaboration with community organisations, including the Hackney Wick & Fish Island Community Development Trust, to champion circular economy initiatives and creative placemaking.

We look forward to bringing this landmark development to life!
