Daniel McCarthy, Director

Daniel is an experienced regeneration practitioner and chartered surveyor, specialising in area-wide masterplans, regeneration, economic development and delivery of housing and infrastructure for clients including local authorities, central government, housing associations, charities and private developers. Daniel has considerable experience of development, planning, scheme appraisals and commercial negotiation on land and property transactions.

He led Westminster Council’s Regeneration and Housing Strategy service for a decade, kickstarting some of the borough’s major development projects. More recently Daniel has led the Lower Lea Valley Regeneration Programme in Tower Hamlets and Newham, delivered a regeneration and economic growth plan in Kensington & Chelsea, delivered infrastructure projects, led a range of town centre, regeneration, industrial and cultural strategies across the UK and advised third sector and cultural organisations on property and investment strategies.
